Some vitamins for healthy skin

Everybody wants healthy and clear skin, and very few people manage to get it. While the food that goes into our bodies isn’t the only factor involved, it defiantly plays a role. Here is a list of some foods that will help keep skin clear and healthy!

Omega 3’s - This helps our bodies make collagen, which is what keeps our skin firm. These can be found in foods such as tuna, nuts, avocadoes and salmon.

Zinc - This helps the body heal, and without it the skin is much more likely to get things like stretch marks, blemishes, and dandruff. Foods to eat include seafood, eggs, cheese and red meat.

Iron - Want dark circles to stay away? Iron is the way to go. Some foods to eat are eggs, red meat, and spinach.

Vitamin A - This helps repair damaged skin cells, which will keep skin looking smoother. Some of the best foods to eat are mangoes, carrots, sweet potatoes and eggs.

Antioxidants - These are important to protect our bodies from free radicals. These can be found in lots of foods but berries have the most. Other foods include carrots, peppers, prunes, and cherries.
